既存の外壁材塗料がジョリパット仕上げで、所々剥がれや膨れがある御宅様でした。 ジョリパットの自然な風合いは良かったのですが、撥水性の弱さから裏側のカビや苔も目立っており、 今回は超撥水塗料のフッ素樹脂塗料にて施工させて頂きました。 併せて、屋根のカバー工事と階段タイルも綺麗に仕上げさせて頂きまして大変喜んで頂けました。 ありがとうございました！
